Zmierz obwód pod biustem tak, jak przebiega dolna krawędź stanika. Oddychaj swobodnie, nie ściskaj miarki na siłę!

Zmierz długość rękawa (jeśli suknia ma długi rękaw) zaczynając mniej więcej od ramiączka stanika aż do nadgarstka (miejsca które zagina się gdy zadzierasz dłoń do góry).

Zmierz obwód ręki (jeśli suknia posiada rękaw) w miejscu gdzie Twój nadgarstek jest najwęższy.
Waist circumference
Zmierz talię w najwęższym punkcie swojego ciała. Miarka sama powinna z chęcią „wskoczyć” na to miejsce. Weź pod uwagę, żeby zostawić odrobinę luzu.

Zmierz biodra na wysokości kości biodrowych.
Hip circumference 2
Zmierz biodra tam, gdzie są najszersze (odstające pośladki, bryczesy). Czasem jest to na wysokości najbardziej wystającego punktu pośladków a czasem niżej na zagięciu ud pod pośladkami – w zależności od budowy Twojego ciała.
Nie zaciskaj ciasno miarki, niech ten obwód swobodnie przejdzie przez biodra. Możesz zostawić odrobinkę luzu! Jeśli spódnica będzie zbyt ciasna, będzie się podciągać do góry podczas chodzenia!

Zmierz głębokość dekoltu z tyłu, prosząc kogoś o przyłożenie miarki od ramienia (od ramiączka stanika) do środka pleców, na głębokość docelowego stanika – po to, by później nie wystawał spod sukienki

Zmierz szerokość pleców. Stojąc prosto z opuszczonymi rękoma poproś kogoś o przyłożenie miarki od miejsca gdzie lewa ręka dotyka do ciała do tego samego miejsca z prawej strony.

Zmierz wysokość tyłu (pleców) od ramienia do talii.

Zmierz wysokość tyłu od środka – od najgłębszego punktu dekoltu do talii. Jeśli suknia ma zabudowane plecy lub stójkę, to od najbardziej wystającego kręgu na karku do talii.

Zmierz głębokość dekoltu z przodu, prosząc kogoś o przyłożenie miarki od ramienia (od ramiączka stanika) do środka dekoltu, na głębokość docelowego stanika – po to, by później nie wystawał spod sukienki.
Front width (through the breast)
Zmierz szerokość przodu przykładając miarkę od boku (zwykle bok wyznaczają szwy stanika czy dopasowanej bluzki) do boku, prowadząc ją przez najbardziej wystającą część biustu.
HALF OF NECKLINE LENGTH (if dress with spanish neckline)
W przypadku sukni z dekoltem hiszpańskim.
Zmierz połowę dekoltu od środka dekoltu z przodu, do suwaka / kręgosłupa z tyłu, przez rękę, po linię sukienki zsuniętej z ramion.
Length from arm to nipple
Zmierz wysokość biustu przykładając miarkę do ramienia i zmierz odległość do najbardziej wystającego punktu biustu (zwykle jest to dokładnie po środku piersi).
Length (through the nipple) to the waist
Zmierz wysokość talii. W tym celu najlepiej owinąć się w pasie tasiemką, gumką lub paskiem, aby dobrze widzieć miejsce najwęższego punktu Twojego tułowia. Poproś kogoś o poprowadzenie miarki od ramienia, przez szczyt piersi, aż do talii. Jeśli masz duży biust staraj się prowadzić miarkę po linii biustu, nie napinając jej zbyt mocno, a wręcz przyklejaj ją do piersi od spodu – trochę tak, jakbyś chciała narysować swój kontur profilem.

Zmierz wysokość bioder. W tym celu najlepiej owinąć się w talii tasiemką, gumką lub paskiem i od tego miejsca prowadzić miarkę do najszerszego punktu swoich bioder (zwykle na wysokości najbardziej wystającego punktu pośladków lub załamania pod pośladkiem).
